Dear ladies and gentlemen, striving to expand our Remaclean product group and trying to offer our customers ready-made solutions for a wide range of operating conditions, we present you with two of our new developments:

  • Remaclean ("Remaclean") HML conveyor belt cleaner with carbide plates-
  • Remaclean Innovation ("Remaclean Innovation") pressure device for conveyor belt cleaner.

 

 

Remaclean HML

The conveyor belt cleaner, reinforced with carbide plates, is designed for use on the lower branch of the conveyor and belongs to the group of auxiliary fine cleaning devices. With a lightweight but reliable design and an installation height of no more than 91 mm, this cleaner is ideal for the often cramped conditions typical of small-width conveyors. It is also worth mentioning the wide operating temperature range - from -40њС to 130њС.

Remaclean Innovation

With the help of this universal clamping device, any Remaclean type cleaner equipped with a square section supporting tube can be mounted on the basic structure of the conveyor. For the first time, we offer you the possibility of a reverse mode of operation for Remaclean PUR and Remaclean HML cleaners.

The Remaclean Innovation clamping device has significant advantages. Here is a list of them:

  • No more powerful tools are needed to create the preliminary clamping force,
  • Stepless, precise adjustment of the preliminary clamping force,
  • One-man operation,
  • Possibility of reversal.
