Remaslide beams - protection of the belt from breakdown

We offer you the "Remaslide" beams for protecting the conveyor belt at the material loading and transfer points.

To prevent belt breaks at the material loading and transfer points, i.e. where the transported material falls onto the belt from a great height, we recommend the combined "Remaslide" beams, which are installed directly on the belt. This system is a 1220 mm long rubber beam with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene vulcanized onto it. The rubber base cushions the impact of the falling material, and the polyethylene coating ensures low friction between the belt and the beam. "Remaslide" beams are easy to install thanks to the aluminum profile vulcanized into the base of the beam. The beam is secured with T-bolts included in the kit.

 

 

Distance between tape and bars is at least 20 mm. This distance is adjusted using support rollers. Depending on the length of the loading point, several sections separated by support rollers can be installed.
